Curtin Maritime Corporation (CMC) requests quotes from subcontractors, service providers, and suppliers including Small Businesses (SB), Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), HUBZone Small Businesses (HUBZone), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), in a multitude of Marine and Heavy Construction Work Disciplines in support of CMC prime contractor proposal to the Port of Houston Authority for the following:
CMC requests Subcontractor & Supplier Quotes as early as possible to allow for follow up clarifications. If submitting pricing or supplier information, please provide your company information including SBE status, any copies of your certifications, and your status within the PHA SWMBE system.

Description of Project Work
This is an acquisition for dredging services for the Port of Houston Authority consisting of new work dredging at the CARE Wharf 2 berthing pocket.
Work will begin in the fall of 2025.
Potential Subcontractor & Supplier Work Scopes
Hydraulic dredging, barge leasing, waterside storage and dockage, waste oil removal, marine towing, earth moving equipment and operation, site safety personnel, hydrographic surveying, endangered species monitoring, sea turtle trawling and relocation, fuel/diesel supply, heavy hauling, DWM Monitoring, turbidity monitoring, tools & industrial consumables supplier, and project personnel housing accommodations.
In order to assist certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Women and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (WMBE) subcontractors and suppliers, we will divide scopes of work into economically feasible units and will assist firms with meeting delivery schedules, providing points of contact regarding bonding, lines of credit, insurance and information to allow SBE and WMBE subcontractors to secure their own equipment in order to maximize SBE and WMBE participation on this project.
