Collette C
The Collette C is a conventional twin-screw coastal tugboat with 1,320 horsepower in Kort nozzles. She has Cummins QSK-19 main engines, a Smatco tow winch, and is equipped with push winches and flybridge controls. At 69’x24’, she provides comfortable quarters and a good ride for coastal towing, and with a draft of fewer than 10ft, she is great for the shallower waters in the San Francisco Bay Area and other inland regions. Look out for her shuttling mud scows on our Redwood City Dredging Project for the Army Corps of Engineers this summer.
