This is an acquisition for dredging services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District (Solicitation No. W912DS26BA017), Maintenance Dredging of the Hudson River Federal Navigation Channel at Haverstraw Bay, NY. The project consists of maintenance dredging of approximately 156,000 cubic yards (base) plus an optional 45,000 cubic yards of material to -32 feet MLLW plus 1-foot allowable overdepth, with transportation and placement of dredged material at the New York Bight Apex Historic Area Remediation Site (HARS). All in-water work must be conducted between September 1 and October 31, 2026, due to environmental restrictions.

Barge/scow leasing, waterside storage and dockage, waste oil removal, marine towing, DQM/scow monitoring, site safety personnel, hydrographic surveying, endangered species monitoring, turbidity monitoring, fuel/diesel supply, tools & industrial consumables supplier, and project personnel housing accommodations.

CMC is committed to maximizing small business participation on this contract in accordance with our Small Business Subcontracting Plan. Although no contract-specific SBE goal has been established, CMC has analyzed the portions of work that could be subcontracted to small businesses and has identified the above NAICS codes as areas where SBEs are available to perform the work. CMC will divide scopes of work into economically feasible units and will assist firms with meeting delivery schedules, providing points of contact regarding bonding, lines of credit, insurance, and information to allow SBE subcontractors to secure their own equipment in order to maximize SBE participation on this project.
