In 2015 we completed our first ‘ground up’ vessel fabrication build, the Bernardine C.

Built here at our shipyard in the Port of Long Beach, CA. The tier 3 compliant tugboat Bernie’ went right to work dredging Huntington Harbor as the rig tender to the DB Ben Weston. Her unique design and layout provide the Bernardine value across all work-boat formats. Rig tender, anchor handler, assist boat, but with a draft that allows her in harbors most tugs can’t enter, this little tug has all the attributes of a boat twice its size

Vessel Design Build Fabrication - Tugboat Bernardine C

We built the Bernardine C in house from the ground up at our facility in Long Beach. She has individually steerable Kort nozzles and a custom winch arrangement consisting of three Pullmaster hydraulic winches. This tugboat is a rig tending and anchor handling machine!
